    1. Which credit cards do you accept?

      PLUSH Modern's secure server uses the Verisign payment gateway, which accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

       
       
       
    2. What alternative methods of payment do you accept (besides credit cards)?

      We accept PAYPAL. We accept orders in the continental United States, PLUSH Modernd does accept checks at the time of purchasing. Orders will be processed once the proper funds have cleared. Please note that for all international orders, PLUSH Modern only accepts wire / bank transfers.

       
       
       
    3. Do I have to pay sales tax?

      Sales tax is ONLY charged for instate deliveries to MARYLAND, which is calculated during the check-out process. International orders are subject to taxes / duties in the country in which items are delivered.

       
       
       
    4. When will I be charged for my order?

      Credit card payments will be processed at the time your order is placed, unless requested otherwise (in the comment box during checkout, or verbally, if the order is placed over the phone). In such instances, PLUSH Modern will store your credit card information and process the transaction once the item(s) are ready to ship. For security purposes, our billing system only stores credit card information for 30 days; for orders for items with longer lead times, you may be required to re-submit your credit card information and you may do so by calling us 240.547.9767. Other transactions, including custom orders made by check, money order or bank / wire transfer must commence at the time of purchasing.

    SHIPPING

    1. What does shipping cost?

      PLUSH Modern offers free curbside delivery on all items shipping within the continental United States, with the exception of several special order items such as ball chairs, egg chairs, bubble chairs and our Eames-style lounge chair & ottoman. Inside delivery is an available option during checkout on some orders. Please note: International orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the size and weight of the item and the delivery location. For overseas shipping, please contact us via email or call us at 1.240.547.9767 an international rate quote.

       
       
       
    2. Will the carrier bring my item(s) into my home?

      PLUSH Modern offers "Inside Delivery" as a shipping option on most items. Please call us for pricing. This service includes delivery inside your house, apartment or place of business (including two flights of stairs), removal of packaging and up to 15 minutes of setup. Additional labor may be subject to additional charges.

       
       
       
    3. When will I receive my purchase(s)?

      If the item(s) you wish to purchase are in stock, you should receive them within one-two weeks, unless an expedited shipping method has been established. However, PLUSH Modern offers a wide array of items, many of which are subject to longer lead times and limited stock. We do our absolute best ensure that the delivery times listed on each and every product page are accurate and up-to-date.     4. What if my purchased items arrive damaged?

      Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. While cases are extremely rare, it does happen once in a while. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement. For LTL deliveries i.e. Yellow Freight, Con-Way, Road-Runner, etc., print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. If product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.

       
       
       
    5. Do you ship overseas?

      Yes. Almost all of our products can be shipped anywhere in the world. We can ship via ocean freight and air freight, both of which have their advantages. If you live overseas and would like to place an order, please email us for a shipping rate quote with the following information:

      • The item(s) and quantity you require

      • The full address of where the item(s) will be shipped (include street address, city, postal code and country)

      • Please verify whether the address is a residential or commercial address

    1. What is your lowest price guarantee?

      PLUSH Modern sells only top-quality products from the world's best manufacturers. We are constantly seeking out new items to offer you, so check back often to see what's new. And, we take a lot of time and effort so that you pay the best price possible, whenever you shop with us. We also price match. Just contact our sales team if you find an item online for less.

       
       
       
    2. What is your return policy?

      Some items can be returned without a restocking fee. Most items require a restocking fee ranging from 10%-25%. For specific information regarding restocking fees on particular items, please call us. Items must be unassembled and unused, in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization form. Once you have received and completed the form, simply attach it to the original box and send it directly to the original manufacturer (see return address on box). All returns must be post-marked within 7 days of delivery. Unless the item has been damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways to and from the manufacturer. (Shipping costs will be calculated accordingly). "Bedding and Special Order Items," which are noted as such on their product page are not returnable, unless they were damaged during transit.

       
       
       
    3. How do I return/exchange a purchase that arrived damaged?

      For items that arrive damaged or defective, please
      contact us immediately. Once we have processed your request (generally within 24 hours), we will make arrangements to have the item picked up at your home or office by UPS or FedEx, and send a replacement to you free of charge. Please put all merchandise back into its original packaging, if possible.

       
       
       
    4. What do I do if my order is missing parts?

      Because all our products are shipped factory direct, some orders containing multiple products may ship in more than one box. If your product is missing parts when you open the box, please
      contact us immediately and we will make the appropriate arrangements to send you the parts you need.

       
       
       
    5. What is your cancellation policy?

      Because most of our items ship or go into production within a few days, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours from when your order was placed. If an item has already shipped within this 24 hour period, you will be responsible for paying shipping back to the manufacturer and a restocking fee.

      All domestic and international orders are subject to the governing laws of the United States of America and the State of Maryland.
